LUCKY 7

December 2020-February 2021 Training Period

Join the Lucky 7 and earn $50 in District Credit by having all seven Club Officers attend Club Officer Training in the December-February period.

Fulfill Lucky 7 and become Magnificent 7 and earn $101 in District Credit if your club had at least 4 officers trained in the June-August 2020 period.

REBOOT, REFUEL & REBUILD OPEN HOUSE CHALLENGE

 

Take charge of the new year to reboot, refuel, and rebuild your club with the District 2021 Open House Challenge. It’s time to start new, refuel your club’s energy and rebuild the strength by adding members. New members bring new enthusiasm, new perspectives, and new insights. Hosting an open house gives your club an opportunity to demonstrate Toastmasters values to guests and members. An open house is a great way to jump start your club’s and members’ success in 2021.

Date: January 8th to March 31st

Earn $20 in District Credit for Hosting an Open House

Earn $20 in District Credit for adding 3 new members

Earn $20 in District Credit for adding 2 more new members, 5 total

***New members must sign up by March 31st  for a minimum of 6 months to receive the District credit

To get the district credit complete a Wufoo Form BEFORE your club’s open house and submit a final Wufoo Form within 7 days AFTER the open house.

District 101 welcomes you all to the spring term with exciting challenges. We have 3 membership renewal reward programs running concurrently to encourage you to build a strong base for each of your clubs. Each program comes with a slightly different challenge.

MARVELOUS MARCH

Continuous improvement is a key aspect of Toastmasters program. Renewing your membership on time will help pursue your growth steadily. Yes, the season for renewals is on. Steer your campaign to renew your membership upfront and earn rewards.

  • Renew 75% of base membership by Mar. 15th & receive $75 in District Credit
  • Renew 100% of base membership by Mar. 15th & receive $100 in District Credit

 

STRONGEST CORE

In order to strengthen club core to its full potential, every club should ensure the needs of the current members are met.  The Strongest Core program focuses on clubs that have 100% retention rate and attract new members by conducting quality meetings.

  • Renew 100% of base (every individual included on the membership list as of Dec. 31)
  • Add 3 new members by Apr. 30th
  • Receive $10 reward in District Credit

 

VIBRANT CLUB

Adding members brings new energy, new perspective, and new insights to the club. New members are the positive outcome of a club’s “vibrant-ness.” 

What does it take to be recognized as a Vibrant Club? Every month, starting from January through June, Clubs adding 3 or more new members in a month will be recognized to be Vibrant Clubs.

  • Clubs adding 3-4 members in a month will be awarded $10 in District credit
  • Clubs adding 5+ members in a month will be awarded $20 in District credit
  • Every month, one club with most new members added among vibrant clubs will be awarded the “D101 Vibrant Club of the Month” title and receive $10 in District Credit

PROSPER VIRTUALLY

Let’s Zoom into New Opportunities to Invite Guests and Hold a Virtual Open House.
The District Will Reward Your Efforts and Your Club Will Prosper Virtually.

Your club can earn a total of $65 in district credit by holding an open house and adding a total of 5 new members from August 1st through October 31st.

To Qualify for the Open House Challenge:

  • 5 days prior to Open House – Submit club open house flyer via Wufoo
  • After the open house – Submit the open house agenda and pictures from the event via Wufoo

This page is dedicated to Clubs which have all Officers complete training by July 31, 2020 and all members enrolled in Pathways by September 30, 2020. We will feature this on a regular basis on our website and social media pages.

When your Club achieves these two goals, reach out to our Program Quality Director, Shyamala Sista, DTM. Share the following information:

  • Club Name
  • Any three highlights from the Club in 150 words or less (for example, member achievements, club achievements, or any special milestones).
